Farm to Table
The fruits of our labor start to show as St. Mary Health Care Center Chef will be using the fresh Oregano and Basil from St. Mary garden, planted and cared for by our residents on the program farm to table. Today’s meals will have an extra touch of love. This Program was made possible by our friends Will and Megan and the Marshall Grant from The College of the Holy Cross, and it is managed and cared for, by our Activities Department who do an amazing job with the residents and the garden.
