Worcester, Mass. – November 23, 2020 – St. Mary Health Care Center, a member of Covenant Health, is pleased to announce Ron Doty has been appointed its new President. In this senior leadership role, Doty will focus his efforts on daily operations, strategic planning and business development of this 124-bed skilled nursing center that offers individualized short- and long-term skilled nursing, memory care, rehabilitation, respite services and palliative care.

He has a great deal of practical experience and takes a hands-on approach to daily operations,” said David Becker, System Vice President of Post-Acute Care, Covenant Health. “St. Mary Health Care Center has a long history of delivering high-quality, compassionate care that is appreciated by residents and their families. Ron’s leadership will support staff in continuing that tradition.”

Doty is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. Prior to joining St. Mary Health Care Center, Doty served as an Executive Director at the Athena, Vibra and Golden Living Center communities, all in Massachusetts. He is a Worcester resident.
